Where is my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive two automatic emails:
- Email from Voice Memories: This email will include a tracking link allowing you to follow your package in real time.
- Email from Chronopost: You will also receive an email directly from our delivery partner, Chronopost, with additional information about package tracking.
If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam or junk folder. If you have additional questions or concerns, feel free to contact us via our contact page.
What are your delivery fees?
For any delivery in mainland France, we apply fixed fees: 35€ for the Retro package and 50€ for the Elegance package. These fees include outbound shipping and return in a protective case, ensuring your equipment remains safe and intact during transport. For deliveries to Corsica, the same delivery fees apply.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver exclusively in mainland France (including Monaco and Corsica). If you live outside this geographic area and would like to receive our products, please contact us directly to discuss special delivery options.
How will I receive my messages?
You can receive your messages in three different ways:
– Through a secure link sent by email: We will provide a link so you can access your messages securely.
– On a USB key: You can choose between a standard « Voice Memories » USB key or a customizable one based on your preferences.
– On a functional vinyl: We offer classic black vinyl records or special red heart-shaped records.
How do delivery and return work?
We deliver through carrier pickup points.
We ship orders 48 hours before the event to guarantee they arrive on time.
For product return, a prepaid return label is included in the box. You must use the same box to send the audio guestbook back to our address.
We ask that the package be shipped on the first business day after the event, and before noon, at the same pickup point where you collected it.
How can I pay for an order?
We accept credit card payments for all your orders. You can use Visa, MasterCard or American Express to pay securely.
We use Stripe, a secure and globally recognized online payment platform, to process your transactions. Stripe guarantees the protection of your data thanks to advanced security measures.
Please make sure you provide the required information when finalizing your order for a fast and secure payment process.
Can I pay with Apple Pay/Google Pay or PayPal?
We accept payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay, in addition to bank card payments through our secure Stripe platform. We are committed to continuously expanding our payment options to offer more flexibility. Please note that we do not yet accept PayPal payments.
How does the phone work?
After installing the device in your event space, your guests will find it very easy to leave a message.
They simply need to pick up the handset and wait for the end of the welcome message. A beep will signal when they can start recording. After sharing their thoughts and wishes, they only need to hang up.
It is a simple and efficient way to capture memories from your special event.
Can I personalize my initial message?
Absolutely! We offer you the possibility to personalize the welcome message so it perfectly matches your event atmosphere.
You can record your own message to welcome your guests in a unique and memorable way.

How many messages can be recorded?
The built-in battery normally provides 24 to 48 hours of autonomy after a full charge. The default memory card is 8 GB, estimated to hold up to 7000 minutes of messages.
What is included in my package?
Your package includes a shockproof case containing the phone and its charging cable (phones are shipped with the battery already charged).
You will also find a glass information frame, in A4 or A5 format depending on the selected package, to place next to the phone during the event, as well as a technical setup sheet.
For which events can I use my phone?
Our audio guestbook phone is perfect for a wide variety of events. Whether for a wedding, birthday, family gathering, corporate event, or even a retirement party, it gives your guests a unique and personal way to leave a message that remains a precious memory.
Its simple and intuitive use makes it an ideal choice for all kinds of celebrations where voice memories add a personal and warm touch.
Where should I place the phone during my event to optimize sound quality?
To optimize your recording quality, place the phone in a quiet location, away from speakers and loud music. Choose an area where guests can speak without being disturbed by background noise.
A separate small room or a quiet corner of the main venue can be ideal to ensure clear and audible recordings.
Is the link secure? How long does the link stay active?
You will receive the voice message download link by email after the event. It is a secure and private link that remains active for 30 days.
Can I personalize the USB key? What is its storage capacity?
You can personalize the USB key according to your preferences. We will send you templates on which you can apply your own design.
All USB keys we offer have a storage capacity of 8 GB.
What is the vinyl rotation speed? Does it really work?
The classic vinyl rotates at 33 RPM and can contain 30 minutes of messages in total, with 15 minutes per side. The red heart-shaped disc contains 6 minutes of messages per side.
These records work perfectly on any standard vinyl player.
What should I do if my phone does not work properly?
If your vintage phone does not work as expected, first check that the battery is fully charged; the light at the back of the device must be blue to indicate a full charge.
It is also recommended to test the phone before each event to avoid any inconvenience.
