Cookie policy

1 – In short

The Website uses no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers. This is why it shows no consent banner.

2 – The only cookie used

A strictly necessary session cookie is set only when you open the booking page, a payment page or the administration area. It protects the forms against fraudulent submissions and lets us process your booking.

It contains no personal data, is not shared with any third party and disappears when you close your browser.

3 – Traffic measurement

Website traffic is measured directly on our server, as totals: number of pages viewed per day and the sites visits come from. This measurement stores nothing on your device, does not keep your IP address and cannot identify or follow you.

4 – Third-party services

The Website serves its own images, scripts and heading font. Two resources come from third-party services: the body text font (Lato), loaded from Google Fonts, and the background of the pickup point map, loaded from OpenStreetMap on the booking page when you search for a pickup point. Your browser then sends these services your IP address and technical information; no cookie is set when this happens.

When you pay for a booking, you are redirected to Stripe’s payment page, which applies its own cookie policy on its site.

5 – Your settings

You can delete cookies at any time from your browser settings. If you block the session cookie, the booking form will not work.
