Where is my order ?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive two automatic emails:
- Email from Voice Memories : This email will contain a tracking link that allows you to follow the real-time delivery status of your package.
- Email from Chronopost : You’ll also receive an email from our delivery partner, Chronopost, with additional tracking information.
If you don’t receive these emails, please check your spam or junk folders. For any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us via our contact page.
What are your delivery fees ?
Pour toute livraison en France métropolitaine, nous appliquons des frais fixes : 35€ pour le forfait Rétro et 50€ pour le forfait Élégance. Ces frais comprennent l’envoi et le retour de votre commande dans une valise protectrice, assurant la sécurité et l’intégrité de votre équipement lors du transport. Pour les livraisons en Corse, les mêmes frais de livraison s’appliquent.
Where do you deliver ?
We deliver exclusively within mainland France, including Monaco and Corsica. If you live outside this area and wish to receive our products, please contact us directly to discuss special delivery options.
How will I receive my messages ?
You can receive your recorded messages in three different ways:
– Secure download link via email : We will provide a private link to securely access your messages.
– USB drive : You may choose between a standard “Voice Memories” USB stick or a customisable one.
– Functional vinyl record : We offer traditional black vinyl records or heart-shaped red vinyl as a special option.
How does delivery and return work ?
We ship orders via a courier to a pickup point.
Your order is sent 48 hours before your event, ensuring timely arrival.
For returns, a prepaid return label is included in the package, You must use the same box to return the audio guest book to our address.
Please drop off the return package on the first business day after your event, before 12:00 PM au même point relais où vous avez récupéré le colis.
How can I pay for an order ?
We accept credit card payments for all orders. You can securely pay using your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
Payments are processed via Stripe, a globally recognised and secure online payment platform. Stripe ensures the protection of your personal data through advanced security measures.
Please make sure to provide the necessary information during checkout to ensure a smooth and secure payment process.
Can I pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal ?
Yes, we accept payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay, in addition to standard card payments through our secure platform powered by Stripe. We are committed to continually expanding our payment options to offer greater flexibility. Please note that we do not currently accept PayPal.
How does the telephone work ?
Once the device is set up in your event space, your guests will find it very easy to leave a message.
They simply need to pick up the handset and wait for the welcome message to finish. A beep will signal when it's time to start recording.
Once they’ve shared their thoughts and wishes, they just hang up the handset. It’s a simple and effective way to capture memories from your special day.
Can I customise the welcome message ?
Absolutely ! You can fully personalise the welcome message to match the tone and atmosphere of your event.
You’re welcome to record your own greeting to warmly and uniquely welcome your guests.

How many messages can be recorded ?
The built-in battery typically lasts 24 to 48 hours on a full charge. The standard memory card included is 8 GB, which can store up to 7,000 minutes of messages.
What’s included in the package ?
Your package comes in a shock-resistant case and includes the telephone with its charging cable (phones are shipped with the battery already charged).
You’ll also receive a glass instruction frame (A4 or A5 depending on the package) to display next to the phone, and a technical setup sheet to guide you during installation.
What kind of events is the phone suitable for ?
Our audio guest book telephone is perfect for a wide range of events: weddings, birthdays, family gatherings, corporate events, or even retirement parties.
Its intuitive and user-friendly design makes it ideal for any celebration where spoken memories can add a warm and personal touch.
Where should I place the phone during my event for the best sound quality ?
To ensure optimal recording quality, place the phone in a quiet location, away from speakers and loud music.
A small side room or a quiet corner of the main venue works well to allow guests to speak comfortably without background noise.
Is the download link secure ? How long does it remain active ?
You will receive a secure and private download link by email after the event. This link will remain active for 30 days.
Can I personalise the USB stick ? What is its storage capacity ?
Yes, you can customise the USB stick according to your preferences. We’ll send you templates on which you can apply your own design.
All our USB sticks have a storage capacity of 8 GB.
What is the vinyl’s rotation speed ? Does it actually work ?
The standard vinyl spins at 33 RPM (revolutions per minute) and can hold up to 30 minutes of messages, 15 minutes per side. As for the heart-shaped red vinyl, it stores 6 minutes per side.
These vinyl records work perfectly on any standard record player.
What should I do if the phone isn't working properly ?
If your vintage phone isn’t functioning as expected, start by making sure the battery is fully charged, the blue light on the back of the device indicates a full charge.
We also recommend testing the phone before each event to avoid any issues during the big day.
